Memorigin Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms

Your watch has been tested to extremes and undergone a series of strict precision tests to ensure that its quality meets the highest standard, before leaving Memorigin’s workshop. An international warranty covers your watch for any manufacturing defects over a 24-month period, coming into effect on the purchase date. The warranty can be extended for an extra 12 months upon registering your watch on this website.

The authorized Memorigin agent will issue a sales invoice upon your watch purchase, and the warranty card that accompanies the watch will have the date of purchase and reference number clearly printed on it. For maintenance service, you can return the watch, original invoice, and warranty card to Memorigin headquarters, the agent, or designated maintenance service points. If you opt for a postal service, you need to bear the shipping cost yourself. We recommend that you pack the watch properly before sending it and use a trustworthy shipping company and insurance service. Memorigin will not be responsible for the loss or damage caused during shipping.

Failure to present the original invoice and warranty card will result in the opportunity to charge for the inspection or repair. Before any warranty is performed, our professional staff will carefully examine the watch, determine the repair procedures required, and provide you with a clear estimate of the cost. It is up to you to decide whether to accept our warranty service based on the quoted price.

Warranty Details

If a watch or movement is found to be defective by our professionals, it can be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the part is no longer in production, we will seek your permission before replacing it with the best available replacement at the discretion of our professionals. Please refer to the following terms and conditions for additional warranty coverage. We reserve the right of final decision on warranty arrangements.

Memorigin’s free warranty does not cover:
  • Defects or damage caused by negligence, accident, abuse, or misuse.
  • Normal depreciation, wear and tear, natural aging, and oxidation of external parts (including the case, strap, buckle, crown, glass) and their materials.
  • Defects or damage caused by magnetic fields or weather conditions.
  • Alterations, handling, disassembly, or repairs carried out by non-authorized service centers

  • Counterfeit or forged Memorigin watches are not eligible for such services.

Due to the complexity of the tourbillon movement, in addition to the faulty parts, our professional staff will also check to see if any other components have been affected and will conduct a full operational test for 7 days after the repair to ensure that the watch works as it should. Therefore, the average repair time is 45-60 days.
