Shipping Policy

Memorigin offers international shipping. Products will be shipped within 7 to 14 working days after Memorigin confirms the order via phone or email. It will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to military areas, hotels, and PO boxes. Shipping charges for a failed attempted delivery to restricted areas will be borne by you.

Customers who have successfully placed a pre-order will be informed by Memorigin when the items arrive. Shipments will be arranged as soon as possible.

Hong Kong SAR

Shipping is free on orders with a delivery destination in Hong Kong. Memorigin provides a few delivery options. Customers can choose to receive the products through courier service or to collect the products at our specialty stores. Memorigin can also arrange door-to-door delivery service for free.

Regions outside Hong Kong SAR

China

Customs taxes and duties are included in the free shipping offer available to orders with a delivery destination in China.

Overseas regions

Customers have to pay for the shipping costs and all taxes and duties applied when the orders are to be delivered to regions outside China. If the products are purchased online and the shipping fees have been included at checkout, customers do not need to pay extra for the delivery. Unless otherwise specified, Memorigin ships with FedEx’s courier service. The exact delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed as customs inspections and weather conditions vary across countries and may cause delays.

Return Arrangement

Products purchased from Memorigin’s specialty store, authorized retailers, online store on Memorigin’s official website, and ecommerce platforms: Tmall, JD.com, and Alibaba.com cannot be returned and are non-refundable after orders have been confirmed. We shall not compensate for any shipping delays.

If customers find a discrepancy in the order or a quality issue right after they have received the watches, please Contact Us immediately by sending a photo of the parcel and items to info@memorigin.com.  To facilitate the handling of your case, you should also provide your order number and relevant details in text, image, or video format in your email. 

Furthermore, returns are not accepted for items purchased from Memorigin’s authorized dealers, manufacturers, and any customers in the related industry.

Memorigin Watch Company Limited reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Memorigin Watch Company Limited shall be final.
