Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council (NAAC) offers a range of training and residential care services for people with disabilities. The artist Joey Li could not move her limbs except her head to maneuver her electric wheelchair. Paying much effort in drawing with the paint brush in her mouth, she drew a grassland and a bright sky with rich color tones on the dial.
