The 25th Anniversary Silver Jubilee Charity Gala of Lok Kwan Social Service was successfully held recently, graced by the presence of Chief Executive Mr. John Lee, along with senior officials from the Housing Bureau, the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, and the Labour and Welfare Bureau—all demonstrating their steadfast support for Lok Kwan’s mission to uplift underprivileged communities. Memorigin has collaborated with Lok Kwan Social Service to launch the “Lok Kwan Social Service (LKSS) 25th Anniversary” Tourbillon Charity Watch — created to raise funds in support of Lok Kwan’s ongoing efforts to serve those in need.
To further this meaningful initiative, Memorigin generously donated two special edition “Lok Kwan 25th Anniversary” tourbillon watches for charity auction. Each timepiece features a rose gold-toned dial and is uniquely engraved with the autograph of Dr. Ng Chau Pei on the movement. With only one piece of each design available worldwide, these watches possess exceptional commemorative and collectible value.
This collaboration unveils two exclusive timepieces, each inspired by the calligraphy of Dr. Ng Chau Pei, SBS, JP, Chairman of Lok Kwan Social Service. His expressive cursive and seal script of “長樂未央” (Cháng Lè Wèi Yāng) are placed at the center — elegantly reflecting a profound cultural heritage and traditional aesthetics. The phrase “長樂未央” is an ancient expression of good fortune, symbolizing “enduring joy, unending sentiment, eternal cycles, boundless harmony,” embodying a heartfelt wish and blessing for the future.
Both timepieces feature a skeletonized dial, offering an enchanting view of the intricate movement—showcasing the aesthetic beauty and technical precision of the watch. The cursive-script model boasts a bold PVD-coated black stainless steel case with a diameter of approximately 43mm, while the seal-script model is housed in a refined silver stainless steel case measuring approximately 40mm. A selection of leather straps in various hues accompanies both models, with the cursive variant also offering a sophisticated stainless steel bracelet, catering to diverse tastes.
The sapphire crystal case back is elegantly adorned with a '25th Anniversary' inscription. Additionally, the brand offers a bespoke engraving service for the movement, allowing owners to personalize their timepiece with a name or meaningful phrase—infusing each watch with exceptional collectible value.
