Fortune-teller Tse Lau-yu Tasha is not only a master in Purple Star Astrology and Feng Shui practices, but she is also an expert in Western spirituality. As the philosophy of Feng Shui is closely related to the natural environment and the magnetized energy fields, Tasha advocates the exploration of the mystical divination art in a mixed cultural context. She considers herself to be more of a therapist than just a fortune teller. Her job should be to communicate with the clients and to give them psychological guidance. She has integrated her knowledge in Chinese metaphysics and Western esotericism to co-design the Flower of Life tourbillon watch with Memorigin, the Hong Kong tourbillon watch brand. It is a timepiece with fascinating powers to enhance your luck and aura.

The design inspiration came from the sacred geometric symbol, Flower of Life. It is an ancient Egyptian totem referring to the secret power of the universe and the cycle of creation. It is believed to be the source of all lives and consciousness, as the symbol originates in one circle and other interconnected circles are built around that. It can often be seen in holy architectural designs and arts around the world, among which the Osirian Temple with 6,000 years of history is the most commonly known.

With rose-gold as the main color tone, the timepiece can enhance your luck because gold in the Chinese five elements possesses a strong positive magnetic field. A blue sapphire is set on the crown to represent water. In Chinese philosophy, gold generates water in the five elements’ cycle. “Gold and water symbolizes relationships, interactions, and communications. I hope the Flower of Life tourbillon watch can remind wearers to more often listen to themselves and trust their intuitions. These will help them make better decision and live a happier life,” Tasha said.

The watch is equipped with a manual-winding tourbillon movement. Having 155 pieces of subassembly module and 18 jewels, the movement provides 40 hours of power reserve. The tourbillon at the 6 o’clock position has a vibration frequency of 28,800 oscillations per hour. Tasha recommends that users can make a wish to the watch while winding it every morning. ‘The ever-rotating tourbillon generates power for the Flower of Life to bloom. The creative energy form with profound meanings will bring you a fortunate stroke of serendipity,” she said.
